Searching for People

I've recently sent a message out to a number of contacts I have suggesting they join VCS Collaborate. Some have joined and I've found them. Others have got their colleagues to join and I can't tell whether I should be talking to them or not as most people just put their name and job title. It would be really useful to have their organisation and/or county as compulsory also at the time of registering. That way we can tell if they may be relevant to our work. What does everyone else think?
